Kalm started because we lived the problem. We ran Airbnbs in Santorini, Greece, one of the most visited islands in Europe. The rentals were supposed to be passive, and they quietly became a second job. Guests at midnight, a cleaner to chase, a tax form nobody mentioned at closing.

So we built the version we would want as owners. One team that runs the whole thing, one honest fee, and one statement a month that a normal person can read. No lock-in, because good work should be the only thing keeping you.
