Where we got your information
Before you contact us, the only information we hold usually comes from public sources: public property records and publicly visible short-term rental listings. That is typically a property address, a listing URL, a first name and a publicly listed phone number.
What we collect when you contact us
If you submit the form on this site: your name, email, phone number and property address or listing URL. If you call us: your phone number and whatever you tell us. We do not require an account and there is no gated content on this site.
How we use it
To prepare the earnings breakdown you asked for, to contact you about managing your property, and to meet our tax and legal obligations. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
Service providers who make the business run: our email provider, our phone provider, our accountant, and the booking platforms where your property is listed if you become a client.
How long we keep it
Prospect records: 24 months after last contact. Client records: for as long as you are a client, then as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you by emailing hello@kalmstays.com. We’ll confirm within one business day. To stop calls specifically, use the Do Not Call page. Depending on your state you may have additional rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honour those requests regardless of where you live.
