The earnings breakdown
The one-page breakdown we prepare is an estimate built from publicly available booking and pricing data. It is not a guarantee of future income, and no figure on this site should be read as a promise of what your property will earn.
Fees
Management is 12% of bookings. The launch service starts at $1,500. Prices on this site may change; the price in your signed agreement is the price that applies to you.
Ending the agreement
Either side may end the management agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Your listing account, your calendar and your payout details remain yours throughout and are handed back in full.
